The Technology Field Tech/Support Technician is responsible for responding to and resolving help desk and tech services tickets. This includes following a set a Standard Operation Protocols (SOP) for various types of issues to ensure the continued operation and performance of their systems and network.
The position entails about 70-80% field work. You MUST be detail oriented, FRIENDLY, and easy going.

Each Technology Support Technician is expected to take responsibility for their assigned tickets and work them through to completion following our Standard Operation Protocols (SOP). This includes follow-up and potential escalation of unresolved tickets.
